• Can live independently with minimal support
   
• Meet our background expectations (we maintain a safe, respectful environment for all residents)
  

• Costs are transparent and discussed during the screening process
   
• Includes security deposit and first month’s fees
   
• Designed to be clear and manageable, with no hidden charges.

• Proof of income or benefits
   
• Any additional documentation requested during the intake process
